Been looking at projects for months now, especially in Greater Noida. I'm considering Bulland Group Suryodaya Towers. Quoted maintenance seems fine, but my parents warn it always jumps. As an investor, this worries me for resale and rental. Does actual service justify the fees after a year? Do high charges deter tenants?

Same worry bro! Maintenance toh hamesha badhta hi hai. Lootmachao scheme lagti hai, initial low dikhate hain phir badha dete hain.
