Salarpuria Sattva mein flat dekh raha hoon LB Nagar mein. Kya builders ke saath price negotiation actually work karta hai Hyderabad mein? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain? Aur construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment? Hidden charges bhi bahut sunne ko milte hain possession ke time, unse kaise bachein? Koi first-hand experience share kar sakta hai?

Meri toh suggestion hai ki construction-linked payment plan hi lo, thoda safe rehta hai, builder pe pressure rehta hai time pe deliver karne ka. Down payment mein interest bach jaata hai par risk zyada hai agar project delay ho. Last year maine Attapur mein ek flat book kiya tha, builder ne 3% discount diya tha on base price, usse zyada nahi mila. Hidden charges ke liye agreement mein sab kuch clearly mention karwao, ek lawyer se review zaroor karwa lena. Did anyone get more than 5% discount recently in Hyderabad?

LB Nagar location wise toh mast hai yaar, connectivity is a big plus. Salarpuria ka brand name bhi hai. Negotiation toh har builder ke saath try karna chahiye, kya pata kuch ban jaaye!
Bhai, Salarpuria Sattva ka track record LB Nagar mein thoda mixed reviews wala hai. Hidden charges toh pakka aayenge, stamp duty, registration, amenity charges, GST... list lambi hoti jaati hai. Negotiation pe zyada expect mat karo, max 1-2% mil jaaye toh badi baat hai. Have you checked their RERA status properly and project completion timelines?
Totally agree with U2! Mera dost phase one mein phasa tha, last moment pe maintenance, club house fees aur parking ke naam pe 2 lakh extra maang liye. Builder ne suni hi nahi.
Haan bhai, RERA status toh check kar liya tha, approved hai. But completion date toh 2026 hai, kaafi time hai abhi. Hidden charges ka sunke darr lag raha hai.
