Okay I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting. Landlord hiked rent again, so I'm buying in Gurugram. Looking at 2BHKs, maybe a BPTP project near Nirvana Country, quoted around ₹1.2 Cr. How much do PLC, parking, and stamp duty really add? Are there hidden charges that appear only at possession? And is the super area vs carpet area difference a huge trap? Need to understand true all-in cost.
