Lotus Zing mein abhi shift kiya. Possession experience theek tha, but carpet area kam lag raha. Daily life mein bhi issues hain. Project delivery ke baad kya challenges aaye?

U1, U2, U4, you guys are right. Current market conditions in Noida are tough, builders are cutting corners everywhere to save costs. Lotus Zing ka price range ₹27 L – ₹1.3 Cr hai, which is decent for 2464 units, but if they are compromising on basics like carpet area, it's a huge red flag. Isse toh better hai ki purana flat le lo Alistonia Estate mein.

Bhai, yeh carpet area wala scam bahut common hai. Mere ek dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat liya tha, same issue. Builder ne verbally kuch aur bola, paper pe kuch aur. Usne toh almost 6 mahine case lada tha. End mein thoda compensation mila but mental peace chali gayi. Always measure before possession, not just rely on what they show.
Hmm, Lotus Zing? Mujhe toh laga tha ki 2021-06-30 possession date ke baad sab settle ho gaya hoga. Iska RERA number UPRERAPRJ7064 hai na? Kya aapne RERA mein complain kiya hai carpet area discrepancy ke liye? Usually, they are quite strict about it.
UPRERAPRJ7064 is correct. But RERA bhi har cheez mein help nahi karta, especially jab minor discrepancies ho.
U3, RERA mein complain kiya hai, but process bahut slow hai. Builder ne reply mein bola ki 'as per plan' hai sab, which is technically true, but actual usable space seems different. They use super built-up area for marketing.
Totally agree with U1! Mera bhi wahi haal hai. Jab site visit kiya tha toh sab bada lag raha tha brochures mein. Ab shift kiya hai toh lag raha hai ki bathroom bhi barely use kar paa raha hoon. Yeh builders ki trick hai kya, ya hum hi over-expect kar rahe hain?

For example, kitchen mein fridge fit nahi ho raha properly, aur living room bhi chhota lag raha hai. Builder ne bola tha ki RERA approved carpet area denge, but I'm having doubts. Project delivery ke baad kya challenges aaye hain aap logon ko? Especially with space utilization?
U1, living room space is a big problem. I thought I could put a nice L-shaped sofa but ab toh ek basic 3-seater bhi tight lag raha hai. Kya koi solution mila hai aapko daily life issues ke liye?
Haan bhai, same experience! Fridge toh kya, washing machine bhi mushkil se adjust hui meri.
