Bhai, yeh carpet area wala scam bahut common hai. Mere ek dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat liya tha, same issue. Builder ne verbally kuch aur bola, paper pe kuch aur. Usne toh almost 6 mahine case lada tha. End mein thoda compensation mila but mental peace chali gayi. Always measure before possession, not just rely on what they show.
