First villa, but hidden costs are killing me
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Finally thought Paradise Krishna Vatika villas were perfect, price bhi set ho gaya tha. But signing ke time they dumped so many 'additional charges' on me. Brochure mein 'all-inclusive' bola tha, but registration, IGL connection, maintenance advance — sab alag se. My initial budget of ₹1.15 Cr jumped by almost ₹10 lakhs! Honestly, this feels like a big scam. Did anyone else buying here face such a huge difference between quoted and actual cost? Kya karna chahiye?

Bhai, this is classic builder trick. ₹10 lakh jump is insane! Did they not give you a detailed breakup earlier? Same happened to a friend near Alpha II.
Nahin yaar, jaise OP ne bataya, they just said 'all-inclusive' in the brochure and verbally. Detailed breakup was only given at the final stage. It's like they wait till you're fully invested emotionally. This is exactly what happened with my relative in Alpha I Greater Noida too.
