Okay I'll say it: First Villa LLP in Sector 152 seems way better than ATS. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Want something manageable near a good hospital. Heard resale is tough. Change my mind. Everyone glorifies ATS but nobody talks about their hidden PLC charges.
