Okay I'll be honest – I'm regretting booking that First Villa LLP flat in Sector 161. PLC charges are insane! They didn't mention these 'extra' costs earlier. Super area vs carpet area games, I tell you! Anyone else facing this? What did you do? Should I escalate this to RERA?
