Floor-rise charges in Rajkot: long-term ROI?

Visited a few 3BHKs near 150 Feet Ring Road last month. My flat's floor-rise aur PLC bahut zyada laga. Is this premium really worth it for long-term Rajkot ROI? Mujhe lagta hai it's just a builder trick.

Totally agree! I also felt the same when I checked out properties near Kalawad Road. Ye floor-rise aur PLC toh bas builders ka extra kamaane ka tareeka hai. Koi real value add nahi lagta mujhe.

Haan bhai, same experience. My builder near Raiya Road kept extending the possession date too, which made me even more suspicious about these extra charges. Like, what am I paying premium for if the project isn't even on time?
