Just moved into my new 3BHK in Narsingi last month, and honestly, the floor-rise premium is such a rip-off. Everyone talks about getting a higher floor for views, but nobody mentions how much extra you shell out for literally nothing. My Salarpuria Sattva flat on the 10th floor cost me nearly ₹8L more than a lower one. Is that even justified for a slightly better breeze? I don't think so. It's just a builder's way to squeeze more money. Change my mind.

But isn't there something about less dust and noise on higher floors? I heard that's why people prefer them, especially in busy areas like near Gachibowli. Also, better natural light, right? Or is it just a myth they perpetuate to charge more, knowing we first-time buyers are easily impressed by such claims
Totally relate, bhai! My builder also quoted ₹5L for 7th floor vs 2nd. For what? Just a number? Feels like pure loot.
