Visited a few 3BHK projects around 150 Feet Ring Road and Kalawad Road last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK, eyeing an upgrade, budget around ₹90L. Noticing huge floor-rise premiums, especially from Ansal API in Krishna Kunj for higher floors. Does this PLC really translate to better resale later in Rajkot? I'm also checking secondary market 3BHKs in Mota Mava. Seems like there's more negotiation room there. For an investor, is resale a smarter bet than new construction? What's the community's take for long-term value?
