Floor-rise premium in Rasulpur is a total rip-off, change my mind.
I'm so fed up of renting, finally looking to buy in Chandigarh. Everyone glorifies new projects like Ambika Realcon in Rasulpur, but nobody talks about the insane floor-rise premium and PLC. Is it even worth paying that extra for a higher floor? Seems like a builder trick. Should I just look at secondary market deals to avoid these charges completely? Disagree? Tell me why.
