Floor-rise premium in Sector 110 is daylight robbery
Sector 110 projects mein floor-rise premium ka scene kuch samajh nahi aa raha. My current 2BHK in Sector 82 has a decent view, but now I'm looking at a 3BHK, maybe even a villa. Gee Aar Realmart ke ek project mein they're charging crazy PLC for specific floors. Matlab, is it really worth paying extra for a higher floor? Ya sirf builder ka hype hai? I'm already stretching my budget to upgrade to a 3BHK around ₹2 Cr. Brokers bolte hain resale mein negotiation zyada hoti hai compared to direct builder deals. Is that true for Gurgaon? Also, direct builder se buy karna better hai ya through a good broker? I'm honestly not sure if these premiums are justified ya just another way to inflate the total cost. Kya secondary market mein better value milegi?

Absolutely, bhai! Sector 110 mein premium toh aise maang rahe hain jaise gold plating kar di ho floors pe. My friend was looking at a project there, 15th floor ke liye they quoted 1.8 Cr for a 2BHK. Matlab, budget pura hil jaata hai. Builder ka hype hi lagta hai mostly, visibility ya 'fresh air' ke naam pe.
