Is paying extra for a higher floor or "preferential location" ever worth it in Gurgaon? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at places like Signature Global in Sector 85. Saw a 3BHK for around ₹1.6 Cr but then PLC and floor-rise premium added like another ₹10-15 lakhs. Honestly, it feels like a total rip-off. Like, is a 7th floor unit *really* ₹10L better than a 3rd floor one? Is there any real benefit to these charges for an end-user? I'm worried about other hidden charges popping up later, making the true all-in cost way higher than expected. Has anyone bought recently in Gurgaon and felt these premiums were genuinely justified, or was it just unavoidable for a decent unit?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Yeh floor-rise premium toh pura scam lagta hai. I was looking at a project near Badshahpur and they were charging 2L extra per floor after the 5th floor. Like seriously, what extra service are they providing? Just a way to inflate prices. My budget is already stretched and these hidden costs make me so nervous.
