Floor-rise premium is just a builder's scam, change my mind.

My possession was in March and abhi bhi I'm thinking about all the 'extra' costs I paid. Everyone glorifies high floors for views and 'exclusive' PLCs, but honestly, it's mostly a builder's trick to hike up prices. I paid PLC for a corner unit near IFFCO Chowk, Krrish Group ka project tha, and abhi lagta hai it wasn't worth the extra ₹5-7L. What real benefit do you even get? It's just a few feet higher, yaar. I'm convinced secondary market deals are where the real negotiation happens. New projects mein builder bilkul nahi hilta, but resale mein you can actually talk down a few lakhs. Should've looked more into resale 3BHKs in Sector 65 instead of booking new. Change my mind, is PLC *actually* worth it for an investor?
