Floor-rise premium is just builder greed, not value

Been looking for 8 months now. Floor-rise premium for a TRU Dwellings flat in Ulsoor is pure builder profit. High-floor views are overrated. It's just extra cash. Change my mind.

Totally agree with this! Builders just find new ways to hike prices. Ulsoor mein waise hi rates itne high hain, upar se floor-rise premium ka naya nautanki. Kya matlab hai balcony se view ka jab sab taraf concrete jungle hi dikhega? It's just a way to squeeze more money out of us first-time buyers.
