Visited Allegro's project near K R Puram last month. I was checking out a 3BHK for investment. Builders were pushing floor-rise premium hard, saying views and less noise add value. But for ROI, does that extra ₹5-10L really fetch higher rent ya better resale? Not sure. My friend got a spot discount on a ready-to-move unit, but they quoted me 'fixed price'. Is secondary market mein negotiation better than direct builder deals for investors?

Yaar, I completely get what you're saying. Builders ka toh ek hi funda hai - premium for everything! I was looking at a 2BHK in Akshayanagar last month, and they were quoting almost ₹12L extra for a 10th floor unit compared to 3rd. For investment, does that even make sense? What kind of floor-rise premium were they asking at Allegro specifically?
U1, for a 3BHK, they said ₹50 per sqft per floor
