Floor rise premium is total bakwaas.

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in New Chandigarh, especially Manohar Singh and Company projects. Honestly, floor-rise premium and PLC are total bakwaas. Everyone glorifies 'views' but it's just extra paisa for nothing. Builders just inflate prices. I closed on a 3BHK last month. 4th floor pe liya, 1.2 Cr ka pada. But secondary market mein, same configuration, same sector, 10-15L kam mein mil raha tha, thoda negotiation ke baad. Matlab, new properties pe itna premium kyu? Kya secondary market mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai, ya builders abhi bhi demand pe ride kar rahe hain? Change my mind.
