Sector 60 — I'm looking at Rudraa Realty there, 3BHK options. But yaar, this floor-rise premium concept? Everyone says higher floors are better, but is it just a builder trick to inflate prices? For an investor, does it even make sense for ROI? Honestly, it feels like a waste of money. Change my mind.
