Floor-rise premium: The real value nobody discusses

₹330 per sqft extra for a 4th-floor unit in Sector 38 feels excessive. Builders charge heavy PLC/FRP. Is it genuinely worth it, ya bas price inflate karte hain? What's your experience?

Yaar, ₹330 per sqft for just the 4th floor? This is insane! Meri budget toh already tight hai aur upar se yeh FRP. Builders toh bas lootne ka naya tareeka dhoondhte rehte hain. Kabhi lagta hai ki kya property khareedna itna mushkil hai first-time buyers ke liye?
