Yaar, I totally agree with the post. Mohali mein PLC itna high ho gaya hai, especially for higher floors, ki lagta hi nahi future mein koi appreciation milegi. Mera agent toh bol raha hai view ka paisa hai, but for ROI, is it really worth it? Manimajra mein secondary market mein options dekh raha hun, but wahan bhi prices upar hain. Confused!
