Floral Realcon's quoted price is just the beginning

Took possession of my Floral Realcon 3BHK last month near Chi V. Quoted price was ₹95L, but after stamp duty, PLC, and those hidden 'fitting' charges, it shot up. Negotiation helped a bit, but kitna realistically kam kar sakte hain?

Bhai, this is exactly what I'm scared of! Floral Realcon ka to naam hi suna hai aise hidden costs ke liye. ₹95L base price is already a stretch for many first-time buyers like me. Kitna upar gaya total? Hearing this makes me so nervous about my own booking.

Haan yaar, same pinch! My friends also faced this with another builder. Base price se 10-15% upar toh pakka maanke chalo. It's a huge mental block for budget
