Floret Homes: Is the daily life premium worth it?

Been looking at 3BHKs for almost a year now, and it's getting tough. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading. I And M Floret Homes ka ₹85L-₹1.3Cr price range is a big jump. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas paper pe acha hai? Carpet area efficiency kaisi hai wahan? Aur amenities kitni useful hain, ya sirf show-off? Already have a home loan, so this premium needs to be worth it. Should I consider it?
