Property prices in Sector 150 are up almost 10% in a year, and honestly, I'm feeling the pressure for my first home. My budget is around ₹80-90 lakh for a 2BHK, maybe in Noida Extension or near Greater Noida West. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport, but I'm more curious about the FNG Expressway and DMIC. Do you guys think these expressways ka real impact on property values, especially in areas like Noida Extension, has fully kicked in yet? Builders like Gaursons and Mahagun have projects there. Or is there still an investment window for significant appreciation near these infra corridors? My parents keep saying wait, but I'm worried about missing out on good deals. Should I jump in now or wait for more clarity? Bahut confusion hai.
