Yaar, FNG connection toh theek hai, future mein benefit karega. But abhi current prices kya chal rahe hain Sector 156 mein? Aur kya ye overhyped toh nahi ho raha hai? Builder ne jo amenities promise ki hain, woh poori hongi kya time pe?
Totally agree, U1. FNG ka potential hai, but builders ke promises pe bharosa karna mushkil hai. Bahut builders ne delay kiya hai pehle bhi.
