posted on 6 MayFor Noida investors: Do high-tech security systems pay off?
Did a site visit to DM Infra's new project last Saturday. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. The premium seems high, but I'm wondering if the security systems and elevator quality actually justify it long-term. For investors, do these premium features really attract better tenants or just add to maintenance? And what about actual uptime for CCTVs and visitor management systems? I'm already carrying a home loan, so this needs to make sense.

Bhai, security toh aajkal ki date mein non-negotiable hai
Yaar, I'm also a first-time buyer looking in Noida, and this 'premium' for security systems often feels like a marketing gimmick. I visited a project near Ajayabpur last year, similar promises, but the CCTVs were mostly for show, and visitor management was a mess. DM Infra ka price range ₹66 L – ₹86 L already high hai, especially with 2026-02-01 possession. My biggest worry is ki ye sab features maintenance cost badha denge, aur jab builder handover karega, tab societies inko maintain karne mein struggle karti hain. Is it really worth paying extra for?
I disagree. Security is paramount, especially for families. If it gives peace of mind, it's worth the premium. Plus, good security definitely attracts better families as tenants.
Totally agree. Mostly show-off hota hai. Maintenance ka alag headache.
