What's the actual resale scene for Fortune Luxury Builder Floors 16 in Mohali? I'm finally taking the plunge after being fed up of renting, looking at this project as an investment. It's completed but not sure about its liquidity. Has its price really moved up much since launch? And builder ka track record kaisa hai for other projects, delivery wise? Matlab, long-term capital appreciation ke liye sahi hai ya nahi. What's the real rental yield people are getting there? Koi experience share karo please.

Yaar, ye Fortune Luxury Builder Floors 16 ka advertisement dekh raha hoon. ₹2-3 Cr for a builder floor in Mohali, that too only 4 units? Bahut exclusive lag raha hai but resale ka kya scene hai? Liquidity ka issue toh nahi aayega? Investment ke liye soch raha hoon par itna budget stretch karke फंसे toh nahi? And builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery? I heard about some delays in their other projects near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) years ago.
