From 2BHK in Gokhalenagar to a 3BHK dream?

Visited a few MJ Group projects last weekend in Baner-Balewadi. Currently in a 2BHK in Gokhalenagar, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Sab bolte hain negotiate karo, but honestly, Pune mein price negotiation beyond 2-3% is a total myth, yaar. The real cost killer are those hidden charges near possession. Change my mind.

MJ Group? Be very careful, brother. I've heard so many horror stories about their delivery timelines and quality. Before even thinking about negotiation, please check their RERA registration for the specific project you liked. Also, look up reviews for their past projects, especially 'MJ Grandeur' in Wakad and 'MJ Heights' near Ambegaon. Are you looking at their 'Serenity
