From 2BHK to 3BHK: Carpet area ka sach kya hai?
The actual carpet area vs super area game by builders is so frustrating, especially in Rajkot. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Kalawad Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa around 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget is around ₹90L-₹1.1Cr. I've been looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone projects. Log kehte hain ki Ansal API ka super area bahut inflate hota hai compared to actual carpet area. Is it true? Jab possession milta hai, kya actual carpet area advertised se kaafi kam hota hai? This really affects if the price jump is worth it. I mean, ₹1 crore mein kitna usable space mil raha hai, that's important. Has anyone faced this with Ansal API in Rajkot? Kaisa raha aapka experience with their carpet area calculations? Need genuine opinions, please.

Bhai, Ansal API ka toh puraane projects mein bhi yahi haal hai. Rajkot mein kaafi logo ne complain kiya hai. Jab booking karoge kuch aur dikhayenge, possession pe carpet area 15-20% kam nikalta hai. ₹1 crore mein agar usable space hi kam mile toh kya fayda? Aapki frustration totally valid hai.
