From 2BHK to 3BHK — gauging the Mohali market
The premium for a 3BHK in Mohali feels crazy expensive right now, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading, but also helping a friend look for a 2BHK. My friend's budget is around ₹80L-1.5Cr. Specifically on the NH-48 Delhi Jaipur Highway corridor, what projects would you guys recommend? Is it still worth looking at established places near Officers Colony, or are newer developments offering better value for a 2BHK? What's the real ground reality for a buyer there?
