Sector 36 — Reputed Developer showed me a 3BHK. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK and the quoted ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK looks good, but the final cost is insane. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, and even parking add a huge chunk. We're talking another 10-12% on top. It feels like a bait-and-switch. How do you guys factor these charges into your budget? Is this normal for Gurugram projects? My current home loan is already high.
