Are Rajkot property prices for 3BHKs actually sustainable into 2026, or is a correction coming? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Krishna Kunj, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget is around ₹1.2Cr. Builders like Balaji Group seem to have pretty high pricing. I've seen prices jump a lot, especially after AIIMS and the airport. Honestly, not sure if this upward trend can really hold till 2026. Is the premium justified for an upgrade, or will things cool down? I already have a home loan, so EMI increases are a concern. What's your take on future price movements?

Same boat yaar, Krishna Kunj mein 2BHK hai. Upgrade ka soch raha hoon but budget tight hai. EMI ka tension alag. Rajkot mein prices sach mein out of control ho gaye hain.
Bilkul sahi kaha, bhai. EMI ka pressure already hai. Upar se agar prices gir gaye toh investment ka kya hoga? Bahut risky lag raha hai. Lagta hai builders ne AIIMS aur airport ko bahana bana ke rates double kar diye hain.
