From 2BHK to 3BHK in Sector 110 — is the premium justified?
The jump from a 2BHK to a 3BHK in Sector 110 feels like a huge leap price-wise. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, but my family needs more space. Looking at Sector 110, Noida Extension, for a 3BHK. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Prices there seem really high; is the premium for a 3BHK actually justified? Or are builders like ACE and Gaursons just quoting high because of the Greater Noida West hype? Honestly not sure if it's worth the EMI jump, already have one. Any experiences with specific builders in Sector 110? Who's reliable with construction and delivery? Also, what about maintenance charges and RWA effectiveness? Don't want hidden costs or a useless RWA after investing so much. Just trying to figure out if it's the right move now. Opinions would be super helpful!
