From 2BHK to 3BHK in Sohna — finding the real deal

Spot discounts in Sohna are mostly a myth for serious investors. Goel & Son's in Sector 91/92 quotes near-fixed rates for 3BHKs, right? Brokers claim they can get better deals, but is that just for their cut? I'm upgrading from a 2BHK. Should I trust them ya direct builder contact sahi rahega? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree! Direct builder contact is always better. Brokers sirf apna cut dekhte hain, client ka fayda nahi.

Bhai, spot discounts are definitely a myth, especially for reputed builders like Goel & Son's. They have a standard rate card. Brokers just inflate prices to show you a 'discount' from that inflated figure to earn their commission. Better to go direct, saves the headache and extra cost.
