From 2BHK to 3BHK in Sohna — my confusion

Okay I'll be honest — I'm really confused about property prices in Sohna's Sector 37D. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Builders like Godrej Properties are quoting ₹1.8Cr+ for a 3BHK. Is this premium justified for daily life there? Kya wahan ki connectivity, facilities itni achhi hain? Any residents' experience?

Yaar, same confusion! 1.8Cr for Sohna sounds insane, even for Godrej. I was looking at something similar in Sector 36 but the prices there also seem out of reach. Is Sohna really ready for this kind of premium? Connectivity ka kya haal hai wahan se?
