From 2BHK to 3BHK: Is the premium justified?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Ansal API Sector 24C mein 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade ka premium toh sky-high lag raha hai. PLC bhi add kar do toh budget hil jaata hai. Is it really worth it for ROI? Kisi ne invest kiya hai yahan? Kya experiences hain?
