₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Elate Amazonia Phase I – okay, I'll say what no one says. Everyone glorifies the 'premium' amenities, but are they genuinely useful for daily life, or just for show? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, and this price jump needs justification beyond fancy clubhouses. Is the actual livability, noise level, and air quality there? I'm not seeing it. Change my mind.
