I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, Noida, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Lets Make Elegance Tower (completed) ke baare mein sun raha hoon. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas brochure mein sab achha lagta hai? Amenities, especially pool aur gym, ka actual use kitna hai? Matlab, log wahan rehte hain ya bas investment? Community vibe kaisi hai, friendly hai ya sab apne-apne mein? Already home loan chal raha hai, toh yeh price jump worth it hai kya?
