For those who moved in post-possession, what was the actual delivery experience like? Were there major snags or was it smooth? Also, I really need a reality check on the amenities. Are the clubhouse, gym, and pools actually well-maintained and usable daily, or do they just look good in brochures? I'm trying to assess if the premium for a completed project is genuinely justified for a good daily living experience. Any insights on the overall quality after handover would be super helpful.
