Honestly, figuring out this 3BHK upgrade from my current 2BHK in Sector 16B is way more confusing than I thought. I'm looking at Mahagun Mywoods Phase 3, completed in Noida Extension, priced ₹60-95L. For those who moved in post-possession, what was the actual delivery experience like? Were there major snags or was it smooth? Also, I really need a reality check on the amenities. Are the clubhouse, gym, and pools actually well-maintained and usable daily, or do they just look good in brochures? I'm trying to assess if the premium for a completed project is genuinely justified for a good daily living experience. Any insights on the overall quality after handover would be super helpful.

Bhai, Mahagun Mywoods Phase 3 ka price ₹60-95L? That's quite a range! For a completed project, it sounds decent but Noida Extension mein itna premium justified hai kya? I'm also looking for a 3BHK in that range but thinking about Alpha II or Alistonia Estate. Post-possession issues toh har project mein hote hain, Mahagun ka track record mixed hai.
