Is Alkaraj Homes' security system actually reliable for kids playing outside? We're looking at a 3BHK there, my wife's priority is safety for the children. Site visit pe toh sab sahi lagta hai, but real experience kya hai? CCTV coverage proper hai ya bas dikhane ke liye? Aur visitor management, woh kaise handle karte hain? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai, tank capacity enough hai ya tanker mangana padta hai? Kids play area bhi safe lagna chahiye. Any honest opinions would help!

Bhai, Alkaraj Homes by MK Developers? I checked their RERA, it shows only 4 units. How can they provide good security, CCTV, and a dedicated kids' play area for just 4 families? ₹22 L mein 3BHK is also a bit unbelievable in Ghaziabad these days. Are you sure about the 3BHK availability there?
