From 2BHK to 3BHK: My Sector 31 dilemma

Sector 31 is overrated for families with young kids, honestly. Everyone talks about the 'peaceful vibe' and independent houses, which sounds great on paper. But I'm looking for a 3BHK, and my main concern is kids' school admission and their safety. Are the schools nearby actually good, ya fir sirf naam ke hain? What about security after dark, especially for children in parks? My wife's priority is a genuinely secure neighbourhood, not just green spaces. Plus, traffic during school hours, is it a nightmare? I'm worried it's all just talk. Change my mind.
