Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously looking at Sector 7 for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 43, but the water supply issues there are becoming a headache. Heard some mixed reviews about Sector 7's water situation, especially borewell dependency. Also, RWA maintenance charges seem quite high for some societies. Is it worth the premium? Yaar, don't want to move and face similar infrastructure problems again. Anyone living there, please share your real experience. What's the scene with power cuts and water availability?

Yaar, I totally get your dilemma. I'm also eyeing a 3BHK and Sector 7 sounded good on paper, but the water issue is a deal-breaker for me too. My friend lives near Basai Road and unke yahan bhi borewell ka bahut issue hai, summer mein toh haalat kharab ho jaati hai. Don't want to invest so much and then regret it.
