Exactly! I also looked at it. The price range ₹1.2 Cr – ₹1.7 Cr for a 3BHK in an ongoing project feels a bit steep, especially with the current market conditions in Chandigarh. What if the prices drop further before possession?
Bhai, price toh bahut zyada lag raha hai for ongoing project. Possession date bhi 2027 hai, kaafi wait karna padega.
