Yaar, post bilkul sahi hai. Skyline Dev Infra ka resale market dekh ke toh darr lag raha hai. Completed project bolte hain, but liquidity zero. Kya sach mein ghost society ka issue hai ya bas investor panic kar rahe hain? My budget is tight for a 2BHK, was hoping for good appreciation. Koi exit strategy batao bhai, I'm a first-time buyer.
