From 2BHK to 3BHK upgrade — my Hyderabad dilemma
Salarpuria Sattva's projects always look good on paper, but I'm worried about the ground reality. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Manikonda, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa if the numbers work out. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr. Dekh raha hoon Sattva Lake Ridge (Gachibowli area) mein options. Builder ka track record on carpet area vs super area, uss par thoda doubt hai. Does anyone know if they deliver close to what they promise? Yaar, sometimes the difference is huge, fir lagta hai why pay so much for less space. Also, society maintenance and RWA formation ka kya scene hai after possession? I've heard stories where builders don't hand over control easily, which creates issues later. What's the word-of-mouth reputation about Salarpuria Sattva from existing residents, especially regarding these post-possession things? Is it worth the premium in Gachibowli?
