From 2BHK to a bigger home in Mandi

Mandi keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, already have an EMI going on, but now we're looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or a small villa. Mandi ke prices toh bilkul high lag rahe hain, around 2-3 Cr for a decent 3BHK. Honestly, not sure if yeh prices justified hain ya just hype. Is the premium worth it for the actual resident life there? Matlab, daily commute, especially towards Central Delhi, kaisa hai? Traffic ka kya scene hai peak hours mein? Aur wahan ki community vibe kaisi hai? Thinking of shifting family, so safety aur general living experience matter karta hai. Any real experiences would be super helpful, guys.
