₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Ahinsa Khand II feels like a lot, especially after living in my 2BHK here for years. I'm looking at Annika Promoters, but honestly, builder quotes seem fixed. Does price negotiation actually work in Ghaziabad? Kitna kam ho sakta hai realistically? Also, I'm trying to figure out the real all-in cost – property price, stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC. Are there any hidden charges that pop up just before possession? Already have a home loan, so every rupee counts. Hope someone has some tips.
