₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Signature Global Orchard Avenue 2 near Dwarka Expressway — is that price justified long-term? I'm worried about construction quality post-possession. Anyone faced seepage or finishing issues after a few months? How's their customer support after booking, do they actually help? Also, what's the resale value like 5 years from now?
