Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 28, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Dekh raha hoon Golf Course Extension Road ya Dwarka Expressway side mein, like M3M or Emaar projects. But the price difference between a 2BHK and a good 3BHK, like ₹1.6 Cr to ₹5 Cr+, is huge. Is this premium really justified for the space? Already have a home loan, so a bigger EMI is a big worry. With Dwarka Expressway almost done and Global City planned, will prices keep climbing? Kya lagta hai, is it the right time to make this jump, ya wait karna chahiye? Any advice on capital appreciation for 3BHKs in these areas?
