Is Sector 107 actually safe for families with young kids? Hum log 3BHK dekh rahe hain, current flat chhota pad raha hai ab. Kids ke school admissions bhi dekhne hain. Meri wife ki main priority hai ki evening mein kids play kar sakein, koi problem na ho. Kya yahan ka overall safety record sahi hai, especially for women and children? Raat mein bhi security kaisi rehti hai? Aur schools nearby kaise hain, matlab quality wise aur kitni door hain? Community ka feel kaisa hai, do neighbours interact ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if it's the right move for long-term family living. Koi firsthand experiences share kar sakta hai toh please batao. Kya yahan proper green spaces hain for kids to play safely? Any hidden issues with civic management ya maintenance?

Sector 107 for family? Be very careful. Humne bhi dekha tha wahan, but safety record mixed hai. Builders promise a lot but delivery mein bahut farak hota hai. Kids ke liye open spaces toh mil jayenge, but security ka kya? Raat mein bahut sunsaan lagta hai kuch pockets.
Totally agree with you. Mera friend wahan ek project mein rehta hai, bolta hai subah-subah bhi gates pe security guards nahi milte kabhi. Kids ke liye toh bilkul risk
