Is Uppal Marble Arch ka maintenance charge really worth the service quality? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 40 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Brochure mein toh sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but day-to-day reality kya hai? Promised amenities jaise security, power backup, aur common area upkeep ka kya haal hai? Already home loan hai, so har extra expense matter karta hai. Kya premium justified hai for the actual living experience?
